Our technical support team boasts many years experience not only in textile engineering and assembly, but also in many associated industries. This bredth of knowledge enables us to understand our customers’ technical and legal requirements and to view projects from an outside perspective. It also enables us to provide ‘out of the box’ solutions to meet the most demanding technical challenges.
Our technical support team works hand in hand with our customer relation’s team. They advise clients on the progress of their order, delivery dates and any administrative queries they might have. If that query requires a technical answer they are able to relay customers on to their dedicated technical account manager.
